These services are designed to assist clients in developing and updating their Strategic Plans, including facilitating planning meetings and retreats; developing Vision, Mission and Values Statements; conducting internal and external Stakeholder Assessments; determining Goals, Objectives and Strategies; and writing and producing the Strategic Plan and detailed Action Plans.

Program and Organizational Evaluation

Forman Consulting works with clients to efficiently and effectively manage and evaluate their programs and organizations. This may include developing and implementing program and organizational evaluation methods; assisting with the development of program outcomes and performance measures; writing evaluation reports, including practical recommendations; and sharing evaluation results with key stakeholders.

Training and Meeting Facilitation

These are targeted training sessions, meetings and retreats of varying lengths designed to train and assist staff, managers and Boards in the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of their organizations, including Team-building, Strategic Planning and Goal-setting, Cultural Competence, Evaluation Methods, obtaining Constituent Input, and other topics.

As-Needed Management Assistance
